The use of the Company’s website and services by the visitor / user presupposes his unconditional agreement with the following terms of use, which apply to all content contained on its website. Therefore, the visitor / user must carefully read these terms before using the services of the website and if he does not agree, he must not use the services and their content. The visitor / user is kindly requested to check the content of the terms of use for possible changes.
General terms
The website www.Valeriuscrafts.com includes the online store of the company VALERIUS with the name “VALERIUS G. VOUDOURI LEATHER MANUFACTURE”. Our constant goal is to provide the best possible service to our customers. This e-shop enables both our customers and all internet users to be informed immediately about the products offered by our company, as well as to make their purchases electronically.

All the design of the website, the text, the graphics, the content and its settings, are the intellectual property of the company and are protected according to the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions. All rights reserved, any text or image bearing the company symbols are registered trademarks. It is strictly forbidden to use, distribute, publish, copy and reproduce the texts, graphics, content, signals, functions and other elements of the website, without the written approval of the company.
Payment methods
The available payment methods are the following. You are required to use one of the following methods for each purchase, as there is no possibility of a combined payment method for the same order.
via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners
using the Masterpass e-wallet

- via COD on delivery. (According to the current tax provisions for the payment of an amount over 500 euros, the method of cash on delivery can not be used, as it is not allowed to pay in cash, in which case another method of payment must be choosen.)
Secure Transactions
All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

The Products are delivered to the address stated during the order.
Method and Time of delivery
The delivery time of the Products you have ordered depends on many factors as there may be delays for reasons not our responsibility. The products are sent, within Greece, exclusively through the courier company “Speedex”. In particular, the following apply, subject to reasons of force majeure and reasons not attributable to our fault.
Subject to what is expressly stated in these Terms of Use, if your order is completed by 12:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, the Products are delivered, within Greek territory, to Attica within two (2) working days, to Thessaloniki, Patras and other major urban cities of Greece and to islands within two (2) – three (3) working days .
Note: All orders placed by 17:00 (Greek time) are processed by us on the same day, while beyond this time orders are processed the next day. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. (Greek time) and throughout the weekend, are processed on Monday.
The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather events or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport and delivery times.
Note that because the orders during their invoicing are connected to the Online system of the courier companies that we cooperate with and are mentioned here, it is not possible to send your products with another courier company of your choice.
Returns Policy
Return via Courier
In case you are not completely satisfied with the VALERIUS product you bought, you can return it and the cost of the purchase will be refunded.
To return a product, you must complete the Return Receipt (included in the receipt), in which we would like you to indicate the reason(s) for return. Return the product, together with the Return Voucher, with prepaid and insured shipping, to the following address:

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be unused and in its packaging, in the pouch, inside the packaging papers, in the card, in its box.
The time limit for any return is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Shipping costs for the return of products are borne by the customer.
After the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your card if the purchase has been made using credit, or to a Bank account that you will indicate to us if the purchase has been made by cash on delivery.
You will then receive a confirmation email informing you that the amount will be refunded within the next 10 working days. Remember that payment by credit card always depends on your bank.
